    I call this dress my cha cha dress because of the sleeves. Color is warm and vibrant. Thick material. Fits perfectly. My favorite part was the sleeves of course.     I was told by one of the experts that the XL only fits junior's and that I would not be able to fit this dress, my waist is 43 inches which the drop box does not go up to that size. I'm glad I went with my gut instinct because this dress was everything.
