Bad Custom Experience
I needed help and sent a chat through their customer service link. I was instructed that I would receive and email because they were backed up. No response. I have a dress that doesn't fit, never worn, tags still on and as a new customer I have had an unpleasant experience because I wasn't clear on how to return it and no one got back to me. Love the dress but runs small
I really loved and wanted this dress for my elopement this winter but it runs really small in the midsection. I'm normally a size 8 in formal wear and I think to make this dress work for me, I would have to order at least one size or maybe larger than my normal size. The quality of the dress was great. The beading on the dress was well done.

Beautiful
Beautiful dress. I wish I could send it back for a bigger size. I usually wear XS with Lulus but this one is a little tight. Should have ordered small.
