Adorable dress!

No stretch
The bell skirt is very cute and flattering, and the sleeves are adorable too. However, the top at the breast and the back and shoulders do not stretch, making it almost unwearable because it's so tight and uncomfortable. LOVE it!
I sized up to an L for this dress and even waited for it to come back in stock. I got the ONLY one that came back and I love it. I am going to wear it to my rehearsal dinner this week. The little puff in the shoulders makes the entire dress. The waist is super flattering and the bottom is loose and comfortable.
