Versatile wrap dress
I've worn this dress to a birthday dinner, a work event, a baby shower, and I'll probably wear it for Thanksgiving this year. The color is a great dusty red, so it works for pretty much any season. I float between a large and medium for Lulu's based on how the clothing fits, so if you are in between I suggest the smaller size since the wrap is generous enough that you can easily make it tighter or more loose. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Love the dress! Beautiful!
First time buying from Lulus. I will be back again! I love this dress but I had to return it to order a size Large. Medium fit great except for the chest area. Too much exposure. So I decided to try the Large. The coverage was perfect! Since it's a wrap dress, everywhere else fits fine. The only other negative is that the dresses are too long. I wanted to love this!
I absolutely adored this dress. It was perfect in every way except the top. I could not get the button at the bust to fasten. I don't consider myself a person with a large chest at all, so I was so disappointed when that was the only element that didn't fit correctly. Looks great
Originally got an XS but found I really needed to go up to get it to tie around my waist nicely. After reading a lot of reviews I went up two sizes to a M and am so glad I did! Right out of the box it was too long and shoulders too wide, but I expected this based on reviews. I decided to gently wash it in cold water and let dry flat before making alterations and holy cow, no alterations will be needed after all. Beware the material really shrinks... Not even wearable!
The print is great, not as bright yellow as it appears in the photo though. My problem with it is that you would need to be at least 6 inches taller than me, so around 6' to wear this and the chest portion of the dress is fitted VERY generously!Response from Lulus.com: Hi Grainne! Perfect fit!
I ordered this as a bridesmaids dress, but due to COVID-19 the wedding event was cancelled. The couple still got married in a courthouse (yay!), but since I wasn't able to wear the dress for it's intended purposes, I put the dress on and my fiancé took me "out" for a quarantine date in our car for a dinner and sunset. Had to return the dress. Larger size wouldn't have worked. Full disclosure I have hips and a bum- and the dress didn't work for my hips. It was large in the top and too tight on the hips so I had to return it. The slit was landing in between my legs and showing things it shouldn't show.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Erin! Love it!
Such a beautiful dress and so comfy. One of the prettiest dresses I've owned. Definitely a little long but I went for the medium so it wouldn't be too snug. Easier to hem than return.
