Inconsistent shoe sizes
I love Lulus products, but the shoes are so hard to gauge. I've ordered my normal size 7.5 and had to send them back for being too large. These shoes went on sale and I liked them, so I took a chance and ordered down a half size, and these are too small. They're so stylish however the strap on the back if my ankle was too tight.
