Loved it, but ripped

Dress was beautiful but their shipping...yikes!
I ordered the gorgeous dress 2 weeks ahead of event and received a shipping notification on the Monday after ordering. Was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, then Friday...dress finally showed up on Saturday - 2 hours before the event. Atrocious shipping and slow processing times.
