These are great for work. They're super cute. They are a bit loose in the waist for me but the tie allows you to pull the waist in a bit more.

Runs super small at the waist!
I'm usually an XS in everything Lulus, but these pants run particularly small at the waist! An XS fits great everywhere else, but I couldn't button the pants comfortably, so I exchanged for a S. With the S, the waist is still tight, and now everything else is baggy. I honestly think I would need a medium to wear these, which is shocking to me!
