Great Quality

Nice but Not the Best Fit
I really wanted to like this dress. The color is great and the top was flattering and fit perfectly on my smaller chest (I almost wish I could have just kept the top part as a shirt). The skirt part made me need to return this. I'm not that tall (5'5") and the front of the skirt was super short and the sides are longer.
