Too tight around chest

Absolutely broken, and highly upset.
I just received my dress in the mail and the zipper was stuck at the top and unable to zip down at all. The zipper was so broken it wouldn't even move. I am not happy about this at all. It was also fraying at the sides. Be careful purchasing from here.

Really loved this dress! I was the teeniest bit bothered by that little bump of skin between the dress and my armpits at first, but otherwise it was pretty perfect. Gorgeous!
Love this dress. It is form fitting with a tiny flair at the bottom which is so flattering. The material is thick and quality. I am 5'8 and the length is absolutely perfect. Drags on the ground by an inch or so when barefooted, barely skims the ground with heels. Only downside is since it's backless, you have to find a bra alternative of course! Really excited to wear this to an upcoming wedding! I originally got the Medium but ended up exchanging for a S. It's a tighter fit around my waist and hips but the straps on the Medium felt a little too loose. Feels and looks like great quality. Purchased this dress for a black tie optional wedding. I am 5'5 and wore 4" heels and the length was great (which is good because I would have had zero time to alter it as I was late purchasing). The material has some stretch and is very wrinkle resistant. (I did nothing to it other than take it out of the bag it arrived in and hang it in a closet for a week.)
