This skirt could have been cute
The skirt is tolerable, but in the end just did not deliver. I agree with the other reviewers that the shape does not flare out as it does on the model and instead just hangs straight down. It is slightly large, but I do not know if this would fit if I got a small because there is not much stretch. The quality is okay, but the material is a little hard and stiff, I am hoping that I can get the folds from the packaging out with a steamer. ...
