    Shoe Was small but that's not the issue

    Shoe ran small, which was what it was; I got a replacement, but that also was too small. I didn't have time to keep trying different sizes to see what fit. I sent back both one after the other and both on time for a refund, and have not received my refund. I'll be contacting customer support next week if I don't hear anything, and if that goes nowhere, I'll need to escalate this issue. Really wish when you shipped back the product, they gave...     Classic!

    Classic gold heel that goes with everything! I wear them all the time when I am a bridesmaid. These are not for the weak though - my feet started going numb after a few hours of standing at the alter.

    Not durable

    I wore these to a work event, and the heel broke in the first 30 minutes. The wait staff called their maintenance guy to put a screw in the heel to get me through the night. I would not purchase these again.

    Screwed up exchange policy!!!

    These shoes are beautiful, I would love to have them, but once again this stupid 21 day exchange policy screwed me up! If I could, I would exchange them for a smaller size. Do NOT order from here unless you are on top of it!!!

    Do not buy these heels unless you want a shoes malfunction

    When I first got these heels, I thought they were great. I had tried them on with my prom dress, and they fit great ( for the *maybe* 5 min I was wearing them. They lasted maybe (at most) 2 hrs of me wearing them, and mind you, most of those two hrs consisted of me sitting down before the heel of one of them came off.
