It's not snug!
For a small I would think it would be snug on me since I usually wear a medium on cotton cotton clothes that don't "give" but I ended up firing perfectly. You may need help buttoning because I couldn't button up in the back alone. My belly button can be seen through the tassels so if you don't like any skin to show it will be a little short. - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars

THE MOST FUN TOP!
Love love love this top. I got so many compliments and was perfect for a steamy, Lousiana night out. I docked a star because after hand washing once, the poms are a little unkempt and there are some strings sticking out of the crochet pattern. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars

I love this tank!! Such beautiful detail, I just suggest sizing up if you have a slightly larger bust. I'm usually a medium but it was hard at first to button the back. Still cute and love it.
