Bad zipper
I REALLY wanted to like this dress. It's made of quality material, but unfortunately, the zipper was a bust. Three people couldn't zip what obviously was going to fit. I'll try it in a size up just to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I'm very disappointed. This is my first Lulus purchase and I'm not sure there will be a second. :/Response from Lulus.com: Hello Molly! We are so sorry the dress arrived with a defective zipper! We see a member of our customer service team reached out to you about this issue to help! If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to reach back out to our team (lulus.com/customerservice) and we'd be happy to help.... Read More - Product Rating: 1 of 5 stars
