I LOVE IT!
This dress is perfect for a curvy girl. I think In most department stores, getting a dress like this I would be an XL because of my bottom half...BUT the large fit perfectly. I'm 5'7, waist 24, bust 34 and S small was too large. It isn't a tight ft on the waist (something I can life with) but the shoulders were too long and loose and the bust leaves a huge gap. I thought the dress would be tank style but it crosses upwards instead; therefore a strapless must be worn. The color is slightly a darker purple than the picture but I loved the color so much I unsew the seams at the underarms and had to sew it tighter. - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
bummer
What a bummer... Ordered this dress for a casual rehearsal dinner and basically stalked it until arrival. Unfortunately the dress was to large for me. When using the sizing chart i was concerned it might be to tight, but it ended up being the opposite. The dress is very cute and feminine. WIsh i didn't have to return due to sizing. Much too big
I thought based on the measurements that this dress would be cute for a summer wedding but it was just much too big for me and the waist was too low. The fabric was also not the best. I will be returning it. But it might be cute on someone bigger. I would just recommend ordering a size down.
