Change the straps and they're perfect!
These as others have stated are definitely too loose if you strap them the way they are in the photos. If you criss-cross them in the front and wrap around the back this worked for me. This worked well for my small ankles on the tightest hole. The front strap is a bit big in my opinion and there is stitching across the ball of the foot for the cushioning that is uncomfortable but nothing that a gel insert won't fix. Purchased and am very happy I did. I thought I might receive something that looked awful in person. Very impressed and although there are some that felt the straps were too long, they were perfect for me. Will def order from this site again
