Great shoes but the strap is faulty
Very cute and stylish, but the way the strap is created, there is no way for your foot to actually stay down in the shoe. Will need to add a support cushion to fill out. - Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars
Cutest white heels.
These are very cute for any outfit! They fit me perfectly and I have no complaints on sore feet after walking and standing for over 5 hours. The only con was they don't have any support on the back of your foot so it may feel loose at times and unstable. But overall, the cutest white heels I've bought! - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars
Cute!
So these are very cute and I love the spunky heel. The only thing is, they're kind of hard to wear. If you wear them like the photo shows, there's no way they'll stay on your feet, they're too loose that way and your heel slides everywhere. I wore them with the ankle strap crossing in the front (pic below) and then going around the back. This gives a little extra support to your foot and lets you actually walk in them. Like others have said, the strap is completely different than pictured. It's really long so you have to cross it over your ankle to get it to strap on-making them really loose and they slide all over the place when you try to walk in them. The most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn. I bought them for a wedding and wanted to break them in beforehand. Worst mistake I've ever made. Adorable! Wish they came in more half sizes!
I usually find myself between a 9.5 and a 10 - so the 10 is a bit big on me, but what I was expecting. Definitely wish these came in a 9.5! I'll be wearing these to a wedding late this summer! So excited! - Product Rating: 3 of 5 stars

Straps are a little tight
I really loved the heel, but the straps are a little tight for a normal ankle. I usually don't have any issues, and I found these to be a little too tight.
