Surpassed my expectations! Size down!
First of all, customer service is really nice. I accidentally ordered natural and they easily switched it to the black I wanted. Then, I was really pleasantly surprised when the shoes came. They're very cute, light, and much comfier than I expected - there's even a little padding to the footbed! I'm glad I read reviews though - they really just run big. Fell apart
I bought these because I thought they would be so cute for summer and to wear with dresses and dress-up jeans but I only wore these a handful of times to work and while I was walking, the front strap ripped off and as I tried to keep walking, the back strap ended up ripping off as well and I couldn't walk any longer with them and had to take it off and walk home barefoot.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Kori, we are so sorry that these broke!
