Almost the perfect dress
I was really hoping this would be the dress for a wedding I'm attending this summer. The color is lovely and the quality of the dress is good. However, the straps cheapen the look and I wish they were simple spaghetti straps instead. Also for my ribcage and bust size I couldn't quite zip the top. I think a medium would have been too baggy in the stomach area and hips. Keep in mind if you have a larger bust size that a small may not work for you.Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Tessa! Bust runs way too large for the small of chest
This was pretty and fun with the cut outs but the chest ran way too large for me (34A). There was no amount of padded bra that could save it for me without actually tailoring it which was not worth the cost. Due to the non-stretchy material, there isn't much flexibility in what cup sizes this dress will fit. Cute but very tight!
The dress fits really snug around the waist and hips. I wouldn't size up though because it would be too tight and it's meant to be fitted. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the open weave pattern at the waist as the width of the band is not consistent around the dress.
