Can't get a refund or exchange.
I ordered a small originally - too small in bust. Exchanged for Med; just fits bad. Unable to exchange. Stuck with this dress. This dress is super cute. Stretchier than it looks. It is on the shorter side but not bad. I got it in green and it's so pretty. Very happy with this dress.
