    Pretty, but frumpy on my curvy mom bod

    The dress and fabric are truly beautiful and it feels very high quality. The fabric itself is very forgiving and flattering, but unfortunately the cut of the dress just looked frumpy on my curves and mom-belly pooch. I'm usually between a Large and XL in Lulus dresses, but only ordered an XL in this dress... a large would definitely fit better, but I'm not sure that it'd look any less frumpy on my body.

    Love it - snug in shoulders

    I love this dress. The material is soft and cool. I appreciate the built in slip. I originally ordered it in a M, but ended up sizing up to a L because I have wide shoulders and it tugged across my back. It fit perfectly everywhere else in the M, more snug-fitting. The L is looser, but not so loose that it looks funky. I also love the length, when wearing with heels.

    Weird Texture, Pretty

    The velvet-like texture was very uncomfortable for me. I didn't love the ruffles. Prettier on the model, great for some, not for me.

    Great Wedding Guest Dress

    Loved the fit of this dress and the slip made me feel comfortable with the leg slit. Perfect wedding guest dress!
