cute but not proportionate

Too short
I'm only 5'3" and the dress felt too short such that I would feel uncomfortable wearing it with a small heel.

Runs small
I'm usually a size M with dresses off Lulus and this one was just tooooo tight. I was hoping to wear it for the 4th of July but it just didn't fit right.
