    Perfect summer dress to dress up or down

    Cute summer dress!

    This was my first purchase with Lulus so I ordered a size up, just in case and it is loose but fits nicely! I may try purchasing a size smaller on my next Lulus purchase. This dress can be dressed up with heels or casual with sandals/sneakers. So many compliments :)
