Adorable on!
I love this dress - bright, fun and yet still a little sexy with the shoulders bare. It fits snug enough on top that I know it's not going anywhere, but the bottom is flowy and hides any flaws.

You'll get nothing but compliments with this dress!
This dress is absolutely perfect! I bought it for a trip to New Orleans where I knew I'd be sweating like a pig, but it looked so good. I love that the material is thin enough to breathe, without being see through. I also wear this without a bra (!) because the top portion is tight/patterned so I remain fully covered. Also, it has pockets!!! I get a compliment from at least 3 strangers every time I wear this dress!
