Nice skirt

Cute but cannot keep it high above my waist.
I cannot keep this skirt high like in the photo and it makes me wonder if I should have gotten a small - although I usually wear Medium. Their sizes are a bit random, some clothing I have to size up and some size down. If you have a slim waist maybe size down unless you care to wear this down at the hips.
