    Weird proportions and awkward pockets

    I love the concept of this two-piece set. The fabric was cool, it looked like it would be super chic and sophisticated but fun; however, the fit was incredibly weird. I have maybe 8 or 9 dresses from Lulu's, all a size small and fit wonderfully. On this set, the size small top was way too tight and flattened my bust, while the waist on the size small skirt was too big.     Unflattering.

    I got this for a bridal shower and had to return. The pockets make it you look pregnant as they don't lay flat and ride up in the stomach area.

    The pattern is amazing but...

    I had to get the skirt tailored to take out all of the extra material and got rid of the pockets. I didn't realize the extra material was so you could sit down. The outfit is standing cocktail only. It has zero stretch, but looks phenomenal!

    The pockets are unflattering

    The skirt is so unflattering due to how much the pockets stick out.

    Not as pictured

    This was so huge and did not fit at all as pictured, unfortunately!

    Weird fit

    This fit is super weird. The hips had so much extra fabric and the skirt was SO long. The top was cute and I wish I could've purchased that separately from the skirt

    Love it, but not for me

    Such a fun material and I love the concept of this outfit. After reading the reviews, I was prepared to buy it and sew in the pockets but that ended up being the least problematic. The material was fun but super cheap. The sizing was larger than usual for Lulus (I have dozens and dozens of outfits over the years). The top was poorly-sewn and it was inconsistent across the top.     I felt like Barbie!

    I purchased this dress to wear to a wedding. It was so fun to wear! I felt like Barbie, and a few other guests actually told me I was giving Barbie vibes! The bow details on the shoulders are so feminine and fun! A few things to note: I did have to take it to have the pockets tacked down, as they really puff out right out of the packaging. It was a pretty tight shimmy for me to get the skirt up but I'm pretty hippy so this may not be an issue... Read More

It was a pretty tight shimmy for me to get the skirt up but I'm pretty hippy so this may not be an issue for everyone. Unfortunately, the zipper did break at the end of the night.     Snug

    I could hardly get this top on and when I did I couldn't breathe. The skirt also has way too much extra room in the hips so it looks weird. There is also zero stretch, so it's hard to walk and sit.
