Perfect dress

Heavy dress
The dress has a smocked portion and the bottom of the dress is very heavy. This caused the smocked part of the dress to be pulled down past my belly button. Making the dress less flattering. The straps are ties and with the dress being as heavy as it was, it was uncomfortable and I returned this dress.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Megan! Runs very large
I did not like this dress at all. There is so much fabric and it runs very, very large. The top is very stretchy. I ordered a M but feel like I could have ordered a XS and it still would have been to big. Would not reccomend. Flattering But Runs Large
This is such a pretty dress and I could see wearing with a flat sandal, a platform or even a cute boot like the picture.
