Hello underwear!
This is super sheer and doesn't have any hold. I have other dresses like this that are a double-lined knit that allows you to have shape and doesn't show your underwear line. I am typically a small but sometimes size up to a medium. Based off reviews, I sized to a medium and I am glad I did. Fits perfect.
