Sadly disappointed
Ugh! I wanted SO BAD to love this dress. I ordered a size small (usually a small or medium in dresses) and unfortunately the bust was far too baggy/awkward. The rest of it fit fine, but I couldn't make it work with how large the chest area was. I'm so upset, the dress itself is gorgeous.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Julie, thanks for your review! Cute but loose
The color palette of this dress is so pretty but the fit at the top is so loose. I can't imagine even a larger chested person being able to fill it out. Beautiful dress if you have a fuller chest
The top was not made for small chest girls. Loved everything else about the dress. Unfortunately, had to return as I did not want to pay for alterations to the top half of the dress. Game changer
This was cute, but it fits very weird(sloppy)in the v of the chest and the lining rolls out and shows! Will have to go get it reworked with my tailor or won't be able to wear it! A little too old
The fit was fine, except along the v cut, some fabric from inside keeps rolling out - so it needs to be pinned. The dress looks a little different in person. Terrible Fit
I so wanted this dress to be a keeper. I love the coloring and the pattern, but the sizing/fit is just soooo terrible. I got an xxs and there is SO MUCH extra fabric at the bust. You'd have to have a DD or bigger bust to fill out the xxs. (And let's be honest, if your an xxs your boobs are probably that size also haha). Also, it's almost to the floor on my 5'3" frame. Wanted to love it but returned
I loved everything about this dress, the fabric, the style, the color...but sadly the top is too big. The waistband is smocked and at your natural waist so if you're petite or have a short torso, the top part is going to slouch down and the fabric will hang from your chest in an unflattering way. Beautiful but Poor fit for me...
I love the romantic look of this dress on the model. Unfortunately it looked frumpy on me. The chest/shoulder area was too large... did not fit at all. I wouldn't size down to an XS thought because the waist would probably be too tight. I'm usually between a Medium and a Small, so i was surprised the Sm was so loose on top. Won't work for petite figures
I wanted to love this dress! The colors, the flow and the shape were A+, but for me, it just doesn't work. I typically wear petite sizes and the torso on this dress is way too long. All of the extra fabric results in the wrap front opening up and even a stitch in the middle won't save it. I would probably need 2 inches taken off the sleeves, and I don't have time (and honestly don't way to pay what it will cost) for alterations like that. Would...
