loose at the top and a little long

Perfect for summer
I love this dress! The material is nice and flowy and the perfect length for me. The tie straps make it a little bit more adjustable which is great but definitely can be difficult if you don't have someone to help you tie and make them even. I got the small but really wish I sized down. It doesn't look too baggy or big but I still have room to take in at least an inch on both of my sides.
