This dress is adorable
It's surprisingly well made. Doesn't overwhelm a small frame. Can be dressed up or down. You can even tuck over and in the top tier and have a completely different look!

Would have been so cute
I would have loved this dress but with a 36G chest size there was no fitting my bust in this dress! No flexibility in the fabric at all.
