Not for petite girls with small frames.
Bra area covered my whole chest and the bottom portion was like a tutu. I am usually an x-small Size 2 and they only had small. But I don't think it would make a difference. I bought it for the three weddings that I'll be going to this year. This is perfect for those warm, humid days in New Jersey. Pair it with nude heels and you're ready to party!
