AMAZING Engagement Dinner Dress
I measure with my bust and my hips the same size (about 40") with my waist much smaller. I ordered a small and it was a bit tight on the bust area(I wouldn't of been able to wear a bra). I returned this dress and purchased a Medium and it is perfect!!! You will want to wear a nude or white bra under but other than that it is amazing.
