Way too small in the toe box
These definitely run small. I'm usually between an 8-8.5 and ordered an 8.5. I could barely get my toes in the front part of the boot, it was so narrow. I don't usually have an issue with width in shoes (I'm usually a medium width) but these definitely fit narrow. A 9 may have been better, but the style wasn't exactly as flattering on my ankles for it to be worth it to exchange for a larger sizeResponse from Lulus.com: Hello Anna, thanks for your review! My favorite boots
These boots are my absolute favorite. I wear them with everything. I love that they're off-white instead of bright white, and they're comfortable enough to wear all day/night with no sore feet. I'm typically between a 7 and a 7.5, and the 7.5 is a great fit. The ankle is narrow and there's no zipper, but I have pretty narrow feet/ankles so it isn't a problem for me.

Gorgeous everyday shoes
I've been looking for some brown leather boots and these fit the bill exactly. I first ordered my regular size 6.5, but they run small. So I returned the 6.5 for a 7 and now they're perfect. They are a little stiff but I'm expecting them to wear in over time. I've worn them a few times and received many compliments! - Product Rating: 5 of 5 stars
Great quality and super comfortable
Obsessed with these boots. I work basically all day in a restaurant environment. These boots are super comfortable, durable, and have a fair amount of grip on the bottom. Cheap cheap cheap
I wore this twice. The heal is fake leather glued to a plastic base. If you knick these at all while walking, the leather will tear creating a hole where the underlayer can be seen. It looks like shit and I can't return because it's been over a year. I bought this to wear in the spring, and for the price, I feel they should return them after what has happened.
