Strange hips

Super cute skirt, but this was massive
Based on my measurements, the size chart put me at a medium. I ordered a small and this was still way too big. I loved the color and front slit of the skirt but it was so large; it was not flattering on me whatsoever :( May purchase in an XS if it ever goes on sale!Response from Lulus.com: Hello Autumn! Cute but SMELLY!!
When I first got the skirt out of the package, it smelled so strongly of dead fish!!! I had to let it air out for over a week before the smell went away. Slit gone bad
Okay, honest review here: If you like this skirt and can work it, you go girl, don't take this review personally. A good 50% of my wardrobe is Lulus, I know my size, and typically I really like their stuff, but this one's definitely going back.
