    The clasp was broken

    I was so upset. I bought two necklaces and they were both broken!!

    Angry!

    I'm going to be attending a black tie event and wanted to save money on jewelry. The necklace arrived so tangled up that I had my whole family taking turns trying to untangle it. And on top of that, the top part of the necklace has a messed up wave in it, oh well, I don't have a backup at this point. Should have just gone with Amazon, they package your jewelry better, and it's cheaper!
