    Cheap zipper

    This dress is super cute. However, the zipper is cheap. Gets stuck, actually, mine broke before I wore it. The dress fit but the zipper is cheap plastic. Will be returning. Super bummed because it would've been perfect for the event.

    Not for me

    I purchased this dress for a more modest event and also because I knew I would be on by cycle and I wanted to be more covered and warm. I ended up returning because it was 6 inches too long and I looked like an Amish woman who cut a v in the back and side of my dress. Looks a lot different on the model

    She's STUNNING!

    Lulus just nails for a formal dress every time! High-quality, thick fabric that drapes BEAUTIFULLY and just enough cleavage to be classy and not trashy. Absolutely love this dress!

    Bad return policy

    I typically love Lulus and have bought a ton of dresses from them but recently had to return a few dresses. This one was too big and I planned to exchange it but they decided to give me credit vs an actual return. I'd shop somewhere like Revolve or Princess Polly. They have a 30-60 day return policy and much better customer service to resolve issues.
