It's just ok...
A little too low cut for a business look IMO, and the sleeves are a little long for me which takes away from their balloon sleeve detail.

Great Top
I was impressed with the quality, the fabric is actually pretty thick. It runs true to size and can be dressed up or down. For reference, I'm 5'5 about 140 lbs, and purchased a small.
