Perfectly Cozy even with Pandemic Fluff
With pandemic fluff making sweaters super hard to find flattering fits in I was SO THRILLED to find this. It hangs off my shoulder a little (which I love) and hugs curves enough to not look like a potato but not SO much that I don't want to sit or breathe in front of anyone. 10/10 recommend. Wish I sized down
I read a lot of reviews which recommended sizing down and I wish I had. I ordered a small, hoping it would be true to size, but it is quite big. I get that the look is supposed to be oversized, but I have a constant fear of the shoulders slipping off. Also the twist in the back happens a little higher up than pictured in the photo, often exposing the skin above my pants, even if they are high waisted. The material is beautiful however, high... Not just oversized - HUGE
I'm normally an XL in Lulus dresses, so I purchased an XL in this sweater thinking it would be comparable. Being a little oversized is one thing, but this was HUGE. This was easily two or three sizes bigger, I was drowning in it. BUT, the quality was great! The color was beautiful rich emerald green, and the sweater was super soft. Runs really big, I would order 1-2 sizes down
I normally like tops like these to be longer in the front, so I ordered a size up, and I should've ordered a size down. It's a pretty color, but size at least 1-2 sizes down for a good fit.
