Perfect fall season skirt

Not comfortable
The waist band is very thick and tight, where the rest of the skirt is very light and not as structured. The waist band was what killed this skirt for me. Even having large hips with a smaller waist it was still uncomfortable. If I had sized up it would have been too big everywhere else. Weird Fit
It's a nice thick material. I followed what other reviewers said and sized down to a size S. It fit in the butt/legs but was too tight on my waist. I wish I would have gotten my regular size M but then it might have been big in other areas.
