Terrible service
I received these 2 days too late and asked to be exchanged for a size 7 so I could at least hope to wear them for some other time. When the exchange occurred I received the same size! Yep, a size 7.5! They should at least offer credit to purchase something else if the item is no longer needed and if they send the exact size that was too big back!Response from Lulus.com: Hi, Amy!
