Perfect for a fall wedding guest dress!
I am obsessed with the tiered ruffle look. I couldn't quite find exactly what I wanted until I came across this dress. Although I love this dress and feel amazing in it, I do have a couple of call-outs. First, I wish the top was a little tighter. The fabric is just a little loose at the top and I think it would have looked a little better if it was tighter. Pretty but will require tailoring
The color of this dress is so beautiful and for the most part it fits. The ribbon at the waist fits absolutely perfectly but the top is huge. If you have a larger bust this might fit you better. I ordered this dress for two weddings, and since the first one is a couple days away, I will probably just use safety pins (and maybe stuff my bra), but for the second wedding I will definitely get it tailored to fit correctly on the top and also shorten... Obsessed with this dress!
I have a slim athletic build and am usually a small in Lulus dresses. I put this dress on and it fits like a glove! As other reviewers stated, the chest is a little large (it doesn't run large, that's just the way the chest piece is made, sizing down overall won't fix the chest piece). The chest fabric itself fits but there is an overlay piece which is the loose bit. I plan to get that altered in the next week or two as it should be a simple fix.... Beautiful, but unfuntional
I really love the design, color and weight of this dress. It is gorgeous. A lot of the other reviews mentioned it runs a little large on the bust and it certainly does. I'm a 34DDD and in the Medium, the bust was still pretty large. I know that this is the style of the dress, but it's odd especially since I couldn't zip the back all the way (back too wide/too tight on rib cage). the band on the dress has no stretch
I absolutely loveeeee the dress. It fits great. However, the zipper gets stuck because of the band. The band is a piece of corduroy basically and has no stretch whatsoever. so if you're wide around your belly like me, this is not the dress. It was heartbreaking to return it. Frumpy

Do not buy

Weirdest fit
I wanted to love this dress, but the bizarre fit made that impossible. First, pleats on the top are way smaller than the pleats on the skirt. Second, the top is so big compared to the fit of the rest of the dress. A smaller size would help the dress fit at the waist better, but a new size wouldn't help how oversized the top is.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Kelley !
