Wore this today and felt like the hottest 1980s mom on the block!
This does look a bit like a dress my mom had in the early 90s, but hey, it's all come back around! this is super cute with a belt and boots. It's roomy up top, and form fitting from the waist down, so it's very flattering if you're fond of showing your hips. The ribbed cotton is breathable and not too hot to wear inside.
