Gorgeous Dress, Awkward Fit
I was so excited to get this dress and try it on. The colour is just gorgeous and the material is thick. I'm a petite woman (5'2) and this dress went all the way down to my ankles. The bust was also super awkward even though I tried it on with a strapless bra. You could see the bra even if I made the slightest move. And the way the front falls (the tulip flap) is not flattering. I'm not a city person but this dress was beyond disappointing.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Uvarshanie, thanks for your review! Cute concept, ill fitting
This dress was so close to being cute, but it hugged in all the wrong places. Also, the slit in the neckline was really awkwardly placed. Dress is much longer than pictured, if you have a petite torso like myself the waist is too low making the dress look terrible. Super cute but not for mom boobs.
This dress fit me perfectly and looked great from the waist down. However, since kids, my girls don't look how they used to and even with a bra- they looked even more pancakey than normal. The chest slit would probably look super cute if you're smaller chested or perkier than I- however, it didn't work for me. Love the dress. Felt good quality. Nice dress but not for curvy folks
I would not purchase again. I bought it last minute for a wedding so did not have time to return. Essentially, I'm stuck with it.
