ick
Horrible. I bought this for one of 5 weddings I have this summer. The sides are completely sewn wrong. It.puckers all the way down the dress and I am thin! Such a let down
I was so disappointed by this dress. The color is gorgeous, the fit is great. It gives a lovely mermaid look while still easy to walk in and its very long. However, the side seams pucker SO terribly. After closer inspection, you can clearly see it in the pictures. It's such a shame too because I really loved this dress, but I cannot justify spending 60 dollars on something which is so OBVIOUSLY poorly crafted. So sad.Response from Lulus.com: Hi Lindsey! Perfection
I was contemplating getting this versus one of the more expensive slip dresses (like a Nili Lotan) but ordered this instead. It fits like a dream and accentuates all the right things-if you've got defined shoulders, you have to get this dress. I would not recommend it for women who are a bit top-heavy. lovely dress but too big for me!
love this dress. The material resembles a slip but is fully lined. I am 5.2 and the dress is long for me but I like them that way. I am B-39, W-33 and H-41. I usually order size medium dresses, however I thought in this dress a medium may have been too small so I ordered a large which turned out to be way too big, even the lining of the dress is way bigger. the front of the dress cut too low and exposed the top of my bra. Sub par quality
The material is nice, the color is as shown, but the quality of work on the seams is as stated in a previous review. It is as if they let a budding seamstress have a go and sell the poor quality product. Luckilly, I have a seam ripper and a decent amount of experience on a sewing machine.... did not expect to be altering but it doesn't take long to do the sewing part. Sad
This was not the most flattering dress on me. I'm fairly thin, 5' 6" and about 126 pounds, but this dress hit me wrong and made me look larger than I am. There is also unflattering bunching in the seams that run all along the side. That is the real reason I'm returning. It's a shame, because the model looks fantastic. However, the color is fantastic. I really wanted to love it!
