    Adorable

    This top is super cute! Yes, it doesn't have any shape, but it is completely sheer and see-through; Add a cute bra, or form fitting cami/body suit under and it would be a great top, especially with high waisted pants and the top tucked in as the model is wearing it. The frill on the shoulders is a little much, but in a great way! Can't wait to wear this out, or pair with slacks and a cami underneath for work.

    Pretty fabric but shapeless

    Pretty fabric and ruffles but way too large and shapeless. The blouse needs a few well placed darts or some cinching at the waist.
