No arch support

Runs a half size to one size too small
I ordered these as someone who is always a true 8.5/9 shoe size and decided to go with a 9 as I have some other shoes from Lulus that are also 9s. I got these and they definitely run a half-size to a full-size too small. Order a size up when ordering these. Wish I could exchange them for a different size because they are so cute, but sadly return/exchange window has passed.Response from Lulus.com: Hello Lennon!
