NOT true to size

Idk, man.
Maybe I'm just not used to high waisted swim suits but I don't know how I feel about these. They're good quality and they feel nice and thick. Too nude

Baggy on the butt
I was so excited, it fit pretty well when I tried it on. Then I went into a pool and it lost its shape. Too tight on the band
I thought this would make me feel sexy, but the top band is pretty tight and gave me rolls. It certainly won't fall down easily, but I don't like the way this made me look.
