Be Careful
I wore them too long the other day. Walked all around downtown and could barely walk to the car at the end of the night. My inner ankle had a painful sore from the strap. It's possible I adjusted it too tightly. Both of my feet had blisters on the bottom. It took several days for my feet to feel 100% again. I wouldn't recommend walking 8,000 steps like I did in them.
