Beautiful but runs 2 sizes too small

Super weird fit
I loved the look of these shoes in person, the color is elegant without being too flashy (like a lot of the glitter shoes I've looked at for my wedding). Unfortunately, the fit is wayy off. I ordered a 6.5 (my Lulus size for heels), but the toe strap is like too big for the length of the shoe or the angle? I have no idea.
