Product Rating: 4 of 5 stars 8/18/2021 A Decent Skirt for $9 I bought this on clearance and for $9, it's fine. The fabric is a shiny cotton that wrinkles VERY easily. The color is such a subtle shade of pink that it really appears to be off white.
